Returns, Refunds and Replacements Policy
If you’re reading this, stop worrying! We have an easy 10-day return policy, with 100% refund (Terms and Conditions Apply). The return window starts from the day your package was delivered. The item should be in a resalable condition. It should not be damaged. Keep your order number handy!
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed within 2-3 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, there is often some processing time of about 4-7 working days before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item you ordered arrived in
- a physically damaged or
- defective condition or
- is different from their description on the product detail page, or
- has missing parts,
it will be eligible for a free replacement.
